This is my Meal Planning & Grocery List Maker. It helps you plan out the meals for the week while creating grocery list of things you need to buy in categories that making the shopping faster. I also have a section for "Don't forget to eat" where you can list those fruits, vegetables, and left-overs you always forget to eat and go bad.
You can download this as an excel document.
My wife and I use it on Google Docs and share the document.
