Recently I have boiled down a framework that gives me an approach to making the most of my life. It is adapted from a book I am reading by Jack Canfield's "The Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be" and combined with the principles of the law of attraction and Stephen's Covey's 1st habbit in the 7 Habbits of Effective People - Be Proactive. For me it all comes down to four basic questions.
How can I be:
Happier
Healthier
Wiser
Wealthier
I have made it a daily habit, each morning, to list at least one action or "to do" task in each area. In addition I have began a weekly inventory during my weekly review and planning to ask myself,
Am I:
Happier
Healthier
Wiser
Wealthier
What am I allowing or creating that is working that I should continue?
What am I allowing or creating that is not working that I need to cease?
What am I not doing that I need to experiment with?
